No one seems to realize hilariousPrizes is not used in the actual awarding code, there it has other values hardcoded. Lets round it to 1/342.Ģ) In 2012, they add Skarl Collectable Charm to a php list variable named hilariousPrizes in a helper file. The probability of getting hilarious outcome is 0.002926 %.
